I’ve been in Asia for over 25 years now, including 20 years in China, and a few more in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia. With an actuarial background I have worked for insurance and reinsurance companies, including large worldwide companies as well as young local Chinese ones. I love analyzing data for practical use, every question is a puzzle waiting to be solved. I prefer a team environment where everyone is kind and hard-working. I do not see myself as a manager on the sidelines telling people what to do but a full-time member of the team coaching fellow teammates as we move towards the goal together.
