Duties & Responsibilities:Provide support and coaching for viable projectsIdentify viable projects for the industry and make sure there are enough resources to run and validate them through various available channelsCreate sourcing opportunities to boost local economyMe and my team help strengthen local economy by developing and nurturing relationships between SME’s and other organizations to generate new ideas that will make them grow and stay up to date with new processes and technologies.Establish a processes for innovation between Technology Hub and PartnersEstablish processes that allow our partners to contribute to industry and community challenges. We rely on internal and external input, customer feedback, among other channels, to improve product and service quality.Support best practices Pursue and standardize market research methods for new ideas and insights for the industry, promote open innovation and introduce group tools and processes that drive creative thinking inside the manufacturing processes.Support manufacturing sites for initiatives concerning new products and servicesDesign training plans on innovation and serve as a facilitator within organizations to generate new ideas, and track improvements through internal and/or external crowdsourcing, jam sessions and hackathons.Ensure promising projects see the light of daySometimes, potentially game-changing projects get killed too soon. ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership:• Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all programs and services, developing a broad and deep knowledge of all programs.• Identify opportunities for all profit and non-profits to leverage cross program strengths taking advantage of new opportunities and to address organizational challenges.• Develop and implement training programs and retreats to expand the capacity of all staff members.• Prepare and submit an annual operational budget, manage effectively within this budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.• Serve as the liaison manager to the board and audit committee; effectively communicate and present critical financial matters at select board of directors and committee meetings.Team Development Leadership• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.• Ensure staff members receive timely and appropriate training.• Monitor staff performance and establish development goals: assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance appraisals, and administer salary adjustments.• Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountabilities; set objectives; establish priorities; and monitor and evaluate results.External Relationship Development:• Manage and cultivate existing relationships with funders to secure and expand recurring revenue streams.Strategic Plan Implementation:• Provide programmatic leadership and input for all strategic plan implementation with the staff. • Coach program directors as they implement the strategic plan and transition program operations.• Develop and implement a system for tracking and reporting on the progress of the strategic plan implementation.

Responsible to coordinate full operations for all Emerging Markets in the different Mexico regions that represent one of the most challenging and diverse for mobile business, in terms of culture, development and outlook.• Drive broad-based awareness, education and adoption of mobile services and best practices via creative campaigns and management of core marketing channels.• Manage and drive marketing strategy and execution of product and project launches across LATAM reflecting local needs, acting closely with creative and strategists on the development of product marketing campaigns.• Manage the end-to-end online campaigns supporting various launches of new products. Establishing media strategies for a variety of campaigns: multi-country and local, digital and cross-channel including Axcel properties.• Work closely with Mobile partners to guide and support their initiatives.• Develop innovative ways of reaching out to and educating our users about mobile services.• Know the user. Assure full responsibility for managing all plant operations, including shipping & receiving, maintenance and production. Maintained excellent business relationship with the major automotive manufacturers. Took over an unprofitable plant and after one year turned the operations around by restructuring the organization and implementing procedures to control costs and ensure margins. • Weekly/Monthly customer contact to follow up on special projects such as new business launch.• Experienced project manager with responsibilities for calculating costs and efficiencies to determine the profitability for each project.• Set up and implementation of lean manufacturing/visual factory tools to increase plant process efficiency.• Weekly cost reduction initiatives tracking.
