As part of the globalization of our service delivery, it was important to break the geographical barriers. We have set up several so-called Centers of Excellence (CoE) in the infrastructure area, which covered services like Networking, Video Conferencing, and Identity & Access management. As Belden evolved as an organization and acquired a security company (Tripwire) next to a general increasing threat level, Cyber Security became a boardroom topic.
