I would describe myself as a passionate, purposeful leader of people. I love to help people achieve their goals and grow. I’ve been in leadership for most of my career. Developing people and establishing great cultures has never got old. My key attribute is the ability to build strong relationships both internally with the teams I work with and externally with the customers and partners I do business with. I truly believe that people don’t buy what you do they buy why you do it. I strive to inspire people to understand the purpose in what they do to execute on a vision and achieve exceptional results.My leadership career started in retail banking where I rose up the ranks from smaller units to larger scale flagships and then onto multi sites managing other leaders. In retail banking I also gained valuable experience leading and participating in projects and large scale programs. In 2017 I moved to specialize in motor finance cutting my teeth leading teams in operations and sales across the south east then moving to the divisional lead for motorcycle finance as the national sales manager. Most recently I have become the Director of New Business for Billing finance responsible for commercial performance, Marketing and front line operations for the business. I love what I do and my mission is to help people find the love for what they do and use it effectively. I add value to the teams I work with and build world class strategies for success. When I'm not leading teams I'm mostly spending time with my family, I have 2 children and I'm incredibly proud to be their dad. My daughter is disabled so promoting diversity and inclusion is of the utmost importance to me - I strongly believe in equal opportunity for all. Other than that you will mostly find me shouting at football and MMA on the tv, reading Stephen King novels, binge watching box sets and attempting to keep fit.
