Together with my partner I made sure the fishermen went fishing well rested, well fed, and motivated and got back to a warm meal, a clean and welcoming house and bed. Occasionally I would also assist at the Selá fishing lodge.

XS4ALL was about to start offering a new service called ServicePlus. I was tasked to design and implement the processes that hadn't been designed yet and optimise the rest of the processes. I made sure that in the end all processes needed for operation were implemented first so that all new orders could actually get the new service as standard. Thousands.

For the new viber delivery system our team was tasked to handle, improve and ultimately eliminate any workaround that came about. This needed a good insight in the systems, a clear and fast-thinking mind and good people skills.
