Project Management of corporate / cross-departmental projects• Prepare project with project owner & stakeholders, define scope and analyze requirements• Setup team meetings and project SteerCo• Develop project plan• Manage and deliver the project according to plan• Provide reporting on progress and quality of the project• Facilitation, bridging, communication platforms to the organization

• Ensure a thorough and value adding analysis of the CAPEX and investment projects taking into consideration both financial and operational information.• Monitor all aspects of the financial figures: actuals, budget and year end estimates• Support the ICT managers in determining where costs are generated and in determining which activities should be made less expensive.• Support the completion of all business cases / investment projects within a predefined methodology, will assure that the business cases take all relevant indicators into consideration and will confirm if the assumptions of the business case are in line with what can be expected or not.• Perform the post fact follow-up of the projects / cases and will link the estimated costs with the budget / YEE.• Manage / coordinate the OPEX-analysis and value added controlling (actuals, budget, YEE).• Initiate and coach different improvement projects.• Analyse on an ad-hoc basis all relevant ICT matters.• Take responsibility of the reporting of the financial and relevant operational figures of the ICT business unit towards the ICT management and the corporate controlling team.• Implement new processes and controls where necessary.

Focuses on managing Projects that interface with Customer Operations and ICT, execute and implement commercial projects and facilitate processes in order to launch and integrate products and services for the BASE business lines and to optimize the execution of such new developments. Ensures that the commercial services can operationally function correctly from the start; this implies the alignment of Commercial Operations systems, processes and people.

Keep files and databases up-to-date. Deliver administrative tasks accurately and on time. Collect outstanding, overdue debts from domestic and business accounts. Provide help for all customer requests, queries and complaints in a customer friendly way. Ensure execution and follow up of the billing & rating processes.
