Upon taking on the role of Lead Mentor, in addition to maintaining my previous responsibilities, I began proposing improvements to our activity framework, Challenge Based Learning (CBL), and encouraging new ways to apply it. I worked on the development of intelligent automated tests for Java systems, managed software quality control teams, and created testing tools to optimize validation processes. In addition, I conducted research in the field of software testing and emerging technologies, focusing on ensuring the delivery of high-quality software and improving testing methodologies, always seeking innovations and creating tools to enhance the quality of testing processes.

I taught the Software Testing and Quality course at CCE-PUC Rio, where students learned to apply testing techniques and verify software quality, covering processes and methods such as Functional Testing, Structural Testing, Defect-Based Testing, Design by Contract, and Metamorphic Testing. The course also included the study of Software Process Quality Standards and Reference Models, TDD, and tools like Selenium and JMeter, preparing students to excel in the field of software quality.
