Develop and execute multi-year strategic plan for expansion of national campaign and advocacy work to ensure equitable access to the outdoors for all people with an emphasis on veterans and military families; organize and lead collaboration with federal policy team and external partners; manage and develop five staff and 11 senior volunteers who support a network of 365 volunteer leaders getting 15,000+ people outdoors annually.
