I had worked within a team environment in Microsoft Project to carry out a full range of Customer support functions by establishing overall customer satisfaction and retention. I had been a key member to the Microsoft Call Back Team. I have also assisted the team in the development of training modules for Microsoft Support centers globally. In the production floor, I had provided direct support to Operations Manager by closely working as per the KRA and SLA’s that were published by the organization.

This position is responsible for supporting, coaching, developing and supervising a group of over 100 associates in a Customer Service Operations environment. This profile included including work assignment, attendance monitoring, providing input into selecting, training, developing, and completing performance appraisal of work group(s) in accordance with the organization’s policies. This position did also involve Account Management and Cross Selling within the large accounts in domestic market for Wipro Hardware & Support Services.
