This new platform is easily testable, maintainable and reduces the time taken to onboard new CSPs. Onboarded 3 new CSPs within a year with almost zero SDE effort.- Enabled several Junior Engineers to quickly onboard by writing detailed documents and gave multiple tech-talks about this new architecture, creating a non-linear impact.- Mentored multiple Interns with their projects (POCs) such On-Demand Incoming calls,- Influenced multiple project designs for generic API Interfaces for better reusability and an overall reduction in SDE bandwidth by providing critical suggestions.- Spearheaded the development and successful deployment of Kill Switch for subscription renewal workflow, providing fault isolation at CSP level and effectively preventing accidental customer account unlinking due to internal / external issues; resulted in a 100% reduction in incidents due to lack of fault isolation and enhanced customer retention.

Architected a custom Billing & Subscription platform on top of Stripe APIs that enabled the following and collectively helped us save hundreds of SDE hours.Increased Product reach: - A multi-currency pricing portal which helped us to adjust prices according to PPP of the country, saving almost 100% time which was spent by SDEs.- Faster & Easier experiments: Create/Modify Plans/Add-ons offered dynamically and customize features & limits offered per plan. 90% reduction in time taken for experiment.- Testing platform: Ability to move back and forth in subscription period which greatly reduced the time taken for both Dev & QA testing the entire flow by 90%Project lead for making the entire product compliant with HIPAA, created a robust modular framework for it, which made it easier for upcoming features to be HIPAA compliant from day one, with major benefits such as ease of maintenance and testing.
