This new platform is easily testable, maintainable and reduces the time taken to onboard new CSPs. Onboarded 3 new CSPs within a year with almost zero SDE effort.- Enabled several Junior Engineers to quickly onboard by writing detailed documents and gave multiple tech-talks about this new architecture, creating a non-linear impact.- Mentored multiple Interns with their projects (POCs) such On-Demand Incoming calls,- Influenced multiple project designs for generic API Interfaces for better reusability and an overall reduction in SDE bandwidth by providing critical suggestions.- Spearheaded the development and successful deployment of Kill Switch for subscription renewal workflow, providing fault isolation at CSP level and effectively preventing accidental customer account unlinking due to internal / external issues; resulted in a 100% reduction in incidents due to lack of fault isolation and enhanced customer retention.
