I am an Engineering leader with nearly two decades of experience in the water, energy and resource industries. I’ve delivered multimillion-dollar capital investment projects from inception through feasibility, concept and detailed design and into construction, commissioning and handover. I focus on enhancing project outcomes by building strong relationship and reducing design and delivery risks. I started my career with one of the UK’s leading water companies, progressing quickly to Area Solution Manager on a multimillion-pound asset management program. In Australia, I have held the roles of the Asia Pacific Chief Mechanical Engineer and technical discipline lead with a major water industry consultancy, and been accountable for the quality and safety compliance of mechanical designs for a wide range of multimillion-dollar assets, including water recycling, sewerage and wastewater treatment plants.I am currently providing design leadership and engineering assurance to the Delivery Management Program: a $500m p.a. program of upgrades and improvements to Sydney Water’s critical water assets and infrastructure. Across multiple brownfield projects, my team and I have engineered numerous operational improvements and efficiencies and delivered time and cost savings on capital projects.
