My role is dedicated to maintaining operational efficiency in strict accordance with industry standards.

During my in-plant training at Pidilite Industries Limited's Industrial Pigment manufacturing facility in Vapi'23, I conducted an extensive analysis of unit operations (Distillation, Filtration, Nitration, Ethylation). My objective was to improve process efficiency, reduce production time cycle, enhance yield, and bolster safety measures. I proposed strategies like interchanging shell and tube fluids, utilizing alternate filter media, and introducing pyridinium oxide-based cyclization agents, with the potential to reduce the time cycle by 10-15% and increase yield by 10-12%.
