I am passionate about helping others deeply heal, to be empowered on all levels of their being, and I have a special interest in working with NURSES & other health professionals to improve their overall health & well-being so that they can fully embody who they are in the face of burnout & working conditions. Using various tools, techniques, therapies & coaching/mentoring, I help you cultivate inner calm, courage & confidence and to break through stuck patterns and trauma, healing physical and emotional discomforts,. I also work with the Healing Arts, holding regular moving meditation classes, creative workshops and day-retreats. Let me help you to dig a little deeper in finding your resources and solutions to your life's challenges, so that you can make any necessary changes and own a life of direction, purpose and personal empowerment.
