Dr. Robert W. Aaron began his career in higher education and student affairs administration in the mid 1990s. Since 2002 his administrative work has focused on institutional assessment, strategic planning, research design, and program evaluation. He communicates regularly with various levels of the college or university administrative structure: faculty, administrators, staff, and students alike. He is known for his ability to explain complex systems, research techniques, or assessment results in an understandable and approachable manner. As such, he has advised numerous university leaders on making actionable decisions toward continuous improvement of programs and services that support student learning. Dr. Aaron has a passion for helping others learn, whether the topic is specific to assessment or more generalized to staff and faculty development in the higher education field.
