Responsible for the rugged packaging of military uninterruptible power supplies. Produced a highly compact package requiring strict thermal management and close coordination with EEs and board layouts on twenty-one circuit boards. Designed a pair of custom extruded heat sinks and all machined, sheet metal, and plastic parts to include all detailed documentation.

Responsible for the mechanical design, prototyping, testing and manufacture of a ruggedized portable military electronics transport case.The system was hermetically sealed, with self contained thermoelectric heating and cooling.
