Nearly every webpage you access on the site and each package you buy through MyTelkomsel is the result of our team's efforts. Essentially, my responsibility is to ensure that you and the 170 million other Telkomsel users can comprehend every product/program and all other details.• Write and edit content for Telkomsel.com and MyTelkomsel App.• Make telecom terms simpler for easier reading.• Make campaign and product copy clearer for easier understanding.• Work closely with the design team to ensure the copy fits with visuals and brand rules.• Create catchy headlines and taglines for ads that match the brand's voice.• Arrange landing page layout and pick key content.• Create descriptions for MyTelkomsel App on App Store & Play Store.• Help adjust landing pages with content admins.• Manage Telkomsel site updates on the CMS (Content Management System).• Create user-focused microcopy for the interface.• Contribute to guides and FAQs for users.• Know the audience and user types to create content they like.
