Responsibilities:- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of new and existing products- Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing and growth metrics and experimentation results- Develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to ensure that analytical insights can be incorporated into all key decision-making- Identify opportunities that are most important for growth, to remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement, and conversion- Effectively present and communicate analysis and recommendations to teammates to drive business decisions

Responsibilities:- Build models to identify market trends, forecast performance, and identify improvements to company strategy, products, and operations.- Design and run data analysis to inform decision making.- Develop automation tools to streamline day-to-day activities.- Identify and coordinate data infrastructure improvements with the software team.- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and overall integrity of business metrics.- Develop and maintain business intelligence documentation, training materials, bestpractices, and overall data toolkit.- Prepare company dashboards and other key stakeholder reporting metrics.- Develop SME working capital credit scoring models.- Coordinate mobile app user testing, gather insights, and suggest changes incollaboration with software team and management team.

As a practicum project at CMU-Africa, together with other 3 team members we are working to help Bboxx develop new KPIs and dashboard features that inform decision making using Power BI.Bboxx operates in 11 countries and it gathers and stores huge amounts of data which it uses to generate valuable business insights, develop KPIs and dashboard to serve their business needs.Responsibilities:- Explore the data and come up with new ways of combining different features from 1 billion data points that are currently corrected by Bboxx.- Come up with the new KPIs and dashboard features that would help our clients business.- Define and develop effective KPIs that help the business in decision making.- Use Power BI to add new features to the current dashboard of Bboxx.
