In this role, I managed a portfolio of agriculture projects aimed at enhancing food security in Africa, specifically in Mali, the Republic of Congo, Benin, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, focusing on aquaculture, greenhouse farming, poultry, and animal feed milling. I established company policies in HR, procurement, and accounting across all projects, coordinated purchases and shipments, identified project risks with effective mitigation planning, and oversaw candidate evaluation and recruitment based on project requirements. Additionally, I controlled the release of project budgets to ensure financial compliance and efficiency.

I was responsible for managing client and stakeholder profiles, as well as identifying new business opportunities and sustainable partnerships. My role also involved crafting projects scope, implementing communication strategies in collaboration with Sudan’s public sector on projects focused on social development, good governance, and advocacy. Additionally, I played a key role in managing the content creation and production of Elaborate magazine, which serves as a platform to showcase Sudan's economic, social, and political landscape to the world.

I took charge of various projects focusing on at skills development, social development, and tech entrepreneurship. My responsibilities include developing and implementing program activities as well as controlling the program budget. I have also identified and recruited program teams, volunteers, and vendors, while coordinating program logistics such as venue, equipment, and materials.In addition, developing program monitoring and evaluation reports, as well as providing support and guidance to program participants or volunteers, manage program documentation, data, and records. Furthermore, I plan and implement program events and networking sessions to ensure the success of our initiatives.
