About Rosie Ward, Ph.D.

My WHY is to cultivate moments of insight so that people can break past barriers, be the best version of themselves and make a positive impact on the world.People are complex; and so is change - on both the organizational and individual level. Yet too many organizations use outdated approaches as if employees are replicable and predictable machines rather than human beings. To be effective and future-ready, organizations must use an inside-out approach to develop braver leaders and courageous cultures; this means upskilling people to reconcile the gap of what our disruptive world demands of us and our innate human instincts to self-protect and cling tightly to what is familiar (the Stuckness Zone). We also need to create the environments and systems to support and reinforce deliberate practices that help everyone be their best. This is what we do every day to help rehumanize workplaces - leveling up leaders and teams to more effectively navigate change and disruption. Because, in a world of AI and technological advancements, nothing can replace the key human skills needed for organizations and their people to thrive. They're needed now more than ever.My passion is to normalize the messiness of being human and help organizations rehumanize their culture by A) building courageous, effective leaders and leadership teams; B) creating opportunities to foster self-awareness and better thinking; and C) intentionally creating a high-performing, psychologically safe culture that is anchored on clear and practiced purpose and values and supports people in fusing their personal and professional lives. I do this through my roles as a CEO and consultant (focusing on culture, leadership and wellbeing), Board Certified Coach (also a Certified Immunity to Change Coach and Certified Intrinsic Coach®), Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, keynote speaker, award-winning author, and award-winning podcast host (Show Up as a Leader).www.DrRosieWard.com and www.SalveoPartners.comSTRENGTHS FINDER: Achiever, Significance, Futuristic, Activator, MaximizerSpecialties: Leadership Development; Culture Transformation; Organizational Health; Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, Intrinsic Motivation & Thinking; Immunity to Change Coaching; Employee Engagement; Resiliency; Judgment Index, Hogan, The Leadership Circle Profile, and The Six Types of Working Genius assessments and application; WHY.os Discovery application; assessing and improving Psychological Safety; Intrinsic Coaching®; Employee Wellbeing; Training & Development; Motivational Speaking.
