Developed a health management consulting arm for the company that included creating the strategic vision and business plan and consulting with a variety of clients to improve the well-being of their employees, the effectiveness of their leaders, and the organizational culture. Supported, developed and mentored other consultants to be able to move from the traditional "wellness program" paradigm to a culture of well-being with their clients.

Developed curriculum and taught classes on intrinsic motivation, ethics in coaching, and health and wellness coaching for the Integrative Health and Wellness program.

*Developed an award-winning comprehensive health and wellness program for employees that included: leading an advisory council; administering employee health risk assessments; coordinate various health screenings; providing coaching sessions for employees; developing innovative, integrative programs for employees; program evaluation; and public speaking.*Created and maintained a consumer-focused website that integrates "traditional" approaches to health with natural health care and coaching - www.nwhealth.edu/healthyu*Developed and implemented a pilot Lifestyle Makeover Program designed as a new programming model for sustained behavior change.

As an employee of Park Nicollet HealthSource, I was contracted at the Target Distribution Center to oversee the onsite wellness center and programming.*Administered and oversaw every aspect of the facility and programs, including: negotiating contracts with client and vendors, supervising staff, increased average monthly utilization of wellness center from 32% to 42%.*Developed, evaluated, implemented, and administered various programs including: stretching-based injury prevention program, ergonomic evaluations and back care workshops, a variety of successful health education and incentive programs, group exercise and personal training programs, and numerous educational seminars.*Partnered with client to: nationally expand stretching program through research and analysis gathered in collaboration with Target’s risk management team and reduce injury rates and improve the health status of the employees.
