Program Executive for Earthbound Farms. Responsible for Stabilizing Earthbound Farms IT and Process operations after an extremely difficult SAP Go Live and Hypercare period. I was brought in 5 weeks into the Hypercare period when there was a pending decision to back out SAP and re implement Earthbound Farms legacy WMS system High Jump. I built a very robust detailed recovery plan and gained the approval of the C suit executive to move forward with my recovery plan and not to back out SAP WM.The main focus of the program was to increase throughput and maximize efficiency in the Distribution Centre and my recover plan was linked directly to the IT development and process change I identified across all Value Streams in Earthbound Farms. The through put target was vastly exceeded by the process changes and IT developments I drove during this program and it has been a very high profile program that has received acknowledgment by Senior Executives in WhiteWave Foods. As part, my overall program reasonability’s I was the Program Executive for a $5m Warehouse expansion at Earthbound Farms which was a fully functional SAP WM implementation that needed a fully redesigned Warehouse layout and process design which I lead. The Project was delivered on time and in budget.The Process and IT development I envisaged and delivered at Earthbound Farms has gained savings of over $5m in waste reduction and increased customer satisfaction.
