Implemented process and quality standards, career ladders, and UX metrics, resulting in an ~97% team engagement score over 2 years• In response to user research, I led and implemented a company-wide initiative, switching to quarterly product releases with robust customer enablement, complete with product demos, in-product training, customer webinars, and feature adoption tracking• Redefined Product Management Lifecycle to integrate growing Product and User Experience teams, defining how research is gathered and used in decision making, how roadmaps are built and communicated, and how product and UX work together to uncover problems and co-create solutions. As a result, there are fewer strategy changes, fewer alignment meetings, and increased employee engagement.• Launched a continuous discovery program to surface user insights across all product lines, reviewing company-wide each month, informing over 50% of the roadmap each quarter. Resulting in increased internal alignment and user satisfaction.• Implemented in-product user analytics, user guides, and surveys, resulting in the ability to deliver on-demand product training, increased user satisfaction, and ultimately establishing a ProductOps organization• Owned accessibility across the organization, consisting of ongoing company-wide training, rotating accessibility testing across product lines, and a VPAT assessment program to ensure our customers are kept up to date
