- Led a multidisciplinary 18-month initiative to increase the number of patients’ lives saved by our software through product enhancements- Built, released, and iterated upon telemedicine feature set on iOS platform, including video chat, voice calling, and secure text messaging with a focus on patient empowerment- Rewrote SQLite database layer of pMD's iOS app resulting in a 35.34% increase in 90-day Crash-Free Users- A leader in platform quality involved in over 60% of all server features, 100% of all iOS features, and 12% of all android features as a code reviewer, contributor, or commenter in 2019. - Drove the success of pMD’s qualified registry for the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ MIPS Quality Payment Program through product enhancements, resulting in 84.28% of pMD providers taking control of their annual quality reporting through self-serve tools in 2018- Designed and implemented a lexer and parser in order to automate the calculation of patient-specific data for providers at the point of care (e.g. length of stay, gestational age)- Built, released, and iterated upon a patient-to-provider engagement and communication platform on web and mobile in order to drive positive patient outcomes

pMD provides intuitive, elegant mobile software that improves patient care and makes doctors happy. Their mobile communication and data capture platform vastly increases efficiency, improves collaboration, and allows providers to capture more accurate information right at the point of care. As an intern, I had the opportunity to work on different projects that spanned pMD's entire stack, including their iOS app.• Created a new version of pMD's iOS app to allow a new customer group (Primary Care Physicians) to utilize pMD’s services for HIPAA-compliant secure messaging and integration with hospitalists• Improved provider and staff reports by adding new metrics, filters, and statistics to data collected• Added the ability for patient tagging and custom fields to be surfaced on providers’ censuses and to be filtered on both web and iOS• Created a beta version of a patient communication system on the pMD platform, which allows for doctors to communicate with patients using the same platform they use for internal communication• Assisted in the development of a new product that allowed users to submit their quality reporting data through pMD• Developed a feed so that providers can integrate their pMD calendars with their favorite external calendar clients

Worked one-on-one with writers on both the undergraduate and graduate levels to improve both their writing and the process they use to approach writing.• Assisted all levels of writers from across every discipline at SCU in any stage of the writing process• Helped writers to see problems differently, understand an assignment's requirements, uncover new ways of organizing ideas, and revise those ideas so they reveal precisely what the writer intends to say• Experimented with new methods to assist students in their writing, including incorporating technology into the writing process

I was part of a team of three students who were responsible for maintaining Santa Clara University Career Center's website. • Updated the Career Center's website by keeping the content fresh, troubleshooting and debugging any issues, and maintaining the site's intuitive and consistent design• Used the CommonSpot CMS along with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to make changes and improve upon the site• Developed a new "about"​ page using the latest web technologies to convey the Center's fresh spirit while adhering to the university's stylistic guidelines• Assisted with the transition from CommonSpot to TerminalFour CMS and redesign of the website• Designed and led training for new employees

Assistant to the CEO of testmunk (YC S12), a company that provided automated mobile app testing on real iOS and Android devices using calabash automation framework. Testmunk allowed companies to test their mobile application over the cloud on a large pool of Android and iOS versions and devices without needing to constantly buy and upgrade their devices.
