I worked at Disney parks in Orlando, deepening my understanding of American culture from a professional perspective. Also, during this experience I had the chance to learn a lot about costumer experience and excellence doing your job. Does not matter if your costumer is external (clients) or internal (coworkers).Back in Brazil, I joined a Data Center maintenance team, developing a sense of urgency and problem solving in mission-critical environments. After my time working with data center maintenece, I pursued self-education in data science and gained expertise in data analysis and BI tools working with the largest Google partner in Latin America.I later joined the leading auto parts retailer in the Federal District, overseeing project management and IT, always pursuing excellence and problem-solving. In the retail sector, I had the opportunity to significantly increase the company's net profit. I also had the opportunity to structure various departments within the company, such as the projects department. I contributed to enhancing the operational maturity of the company in several aspects and continue to assist in the pursuit of the company's future IPO, always striving for the highest level of excellence.
