As Smartphone Crew, I am responsible for the service aspect in the Vodafone retail store. This means everything, from starting a phone, and making sure people can walk out the store with a working phone, and their favorite apps installed, to troubleshooting and giving them the best experience possible.

Later, when i needed a trainee spot, I got my trainee spot here as well.After a while, the restaurant manager (Robert Penseel at the time) gave me his trust in running the.

This is a family hotel at the market in Sittard. It's owners are friends of my parents, and it was my first experience in an hotel. Here I got to know what working in an hotel really is. Seeing guests regularly in the restaurant, etc.

Here I got my second job. This was in the summer-break again. While working here, I got to do everything. For example doing the dishes, and cleaning, but also frying the french fries and making Ice-coupes.

This was my very first job, which I got by a friend of my mother's. When I started working here, my first function was Host. This means I had to clean and check the auditoriums. This way I got to know the company and my colleagues. After a few weeks I was allowed to work at the buffet. This was my first hospitality-experience. Unfortunately I had to quit.
