• Developed new reports to track both internal and client infrastructure license consumption, yielded $900K in annual savings.

• Managed day-to-day operational activities for 4 regional data centers, the Global Service Desk and the Enterprise Monitoring team which consisted of 14 system engineers and 9 offshore monitoring technicians..
• Managed the financial aspects of the department, including purchasing, budgeting and budget review with an annual budget of $4MM.
• Defined and implemented departmental policies, procedures and best practices including those for security, disaster recovery, standards, client on-boarding, purchasing and service provision.
• Oversaw department staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation and disciplinary actions for a staff of 23 full-time employees.
• Coordinated department internal audits, system access audits, data center, and secure area access audits as well as other annual SSAE16, SOC I, II audits.
• Collaborated with Application, Network, and Security teams to implement HP OpenView enterprise monitoring solutions, trained staff to monitor, triage, escalate and communicate and escalate production Incident events.
