Worked as a member of an IT team that successfully downsized the Partner Management system at the Christian Broadcasting Network from a mainframe environment to a Local Area Network FoxPro Relational database and then served as the a DBA for the new system. Worked as the Virginia Beach Commonwealth's Attorney Information Systems Administrator from 1995 - 2000. Provided IT support for FoxPro based Case Management system. Consulted with IBM Global Services Lotus Notes National Practice to develop a Case Management System known as VCAIS for Prosecutors and supported a small state-wide Domain for Lotus Domino servers that were host to Commonwealth's Attorney's in 7 other jurisdictions.
