I lead Pinterest's Advertiser Experience org, a group of ~60 engineers building customer facing products.

Led a five-team org in Nextroll’s Core engineering division. My direct reports included both managers and engineers, and made up a globally distributed team based in North America, South America, and Europe. Engineering leader for NextRoll’s Customer Data Platform, a cross-functional initiative (10+ teams involved) to build a new piece of core infrastructure for the company. My responsibilities included partnering with Product (and our lead engineer) to set the vision and strategy for the project, building and leading the teams involved, and coordinating development & milestones across teams.Teams managed:* Billing & Subscriptions -- Responsible for UIs & backend systems for subscription management, payments, and billing* Contact Data -- Responsible for core backend service powering NextRoll's Customer Data Platform* Campaign & Audience Engine -- Responsible backend service for automated configuration and optimization of advertising campaigns* Audience -- Responsible for audience pipelines and APIs* Unified Data Pipeline -- Responsible for advertising reporting metrics and attribution system
