Often people try to map the core business with powerful solutions in accounting, whereas it would often be easier to set up the core processes according to basic commercial principles, which were previously deprioritized compared to speed.This is where I help the companies I work for.I think it is a mistake to fill originally commercial jobs with more and more academics.
