El Corazon (formerly known as Graceland), is a major music venue in Seattle offering live music to local audiences seven days a week.As both House and Production Manager, Rachel's duties ran the gambit. From handling all venue ticketing needs, maintaining the the venue's website, booking & staffing calendar, to payroll and her duties didn't stop there! She also worked closely with bands to promote engagements & pre-sell tickets, supported the head booker with band research and marketing as well as settling shows when needed. El Corazon (Graceland) was the start of Rachel's now twelve year career in the event production and management industry, gaining valuable knowledge and experience along the way.
