Work as part of the AT&T Customer Life Cycle Management (LCM) team to migration WLAN systems from DHL’s Scottsdale, AZ location to Ashville, VA and bring new Cisco Prime Infrastructure (CPI) into operational status, this includes:• Importing functionality, heat maps, templates, etc., from the existing CPI platform to the new CPI platform• Access AT&T management platform and TACACS for Customer devices, polling server and jump server access • Updating CPI OSI from 1.3 to 2.1• Transfer AP’s from old WLC 5508 platform to new 7510 WLC HA Redundant• Provide post-install troubleshooting

Cisco Wireless engineer resources with Fluke AirMagnet (site survey) experience for a 2 month engagement. The tasks to be completed are: • Site Survey of multiple facilities utilizing the AirMagnet toolset, • Install and configuring replacement Cisco wireless controllers at some of the locations, • Resurveying sites once new controllers and APs have been installed to validate coverage

• Performed site assessment and wireless site surveys using active and predictive planning tools • Place and test access points to provide signal propagation information, identify internal and external access point locations• Assess and Design Wired client infrastructure to include:o Current and required copper connections fiber uplinks, cable pathways, state of current MDF/IDF’s, patch panels and rack layouts.o Using client inventory and needs implement new client site design.• Perform network upgrades following new network designs

Switch replacement UNC Medical Center. Configure 3850 switch stack and 4506-E switch with base configuration, VLANS, QOS trust, and port-channel group. Trunked switches to 7K cores VLANS. Migrate ports from the existing 4506 and 4000 switches to the new 3850 switch stack and 4506-E. During migration did some basic troubleshooting on network to keep clients connected.

Perform customer site surveys for office, hospital, industrial and event locations using AirMagnet or Ekahua as survey tools. These surveys were passive or active, pre-install and post install surveys depending on customer needs. Work with field engineers to design, implement, and troubleshoot Cisco CAPWAP wireless and complete customer documentation.
