During my time at ICF Next, I developed an enterprise-wide strategy as the client continues to update their technology environment while working together with the client's marketing, technological, and operational team. I lead the technical team in the implementation of website redesign projects, assets, and many strategic initiatives. I collaborate with Sales and technology teams to develop RFPs, RFIs, and other artifacts in order to acquire work from pipelines. I engage in a variety of outlets demonstrating thought leadership, generating additional leads to ICF Next CRM. I participate in many beta projects with Adobe, offering input and building proof-of-concepts for the newest technologies.Below listed are some of my achievements within this job role:• Improved the SDLC by promoting and evangelizing best practices in the areas of Agile development. Within this job role, I integrated Adobe Forms, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Sign with Adobe Experience Manager. I assisted functional, UX, design, and marketing departments to move material from legacy content management systems onto responsive websites. I embedded third-party service that offers a digital experience for common life events, such as calculating a mortgage payment and predicting the amount of life insurance required. I established custom and extended components, to be used for future re-branded sites. I spearheaded a team of developers to implement the designed solution from beginning to end of the project life cycle.Some of my achievements within this job role are:• RLI Corp: Implemented Adobe Forms, a tool for collecting complex data structures and submitting them to backend APIs. Collaborated between the customer and Adobe to deliver on the client's investment, aid with managed services, and address complicated challenges.• HBO: Performed as architect and developer lead for the installation of Cinemax and HBO websites, as well as newly developed microsites on AEM. Partnered with the HBO development operations team and Adobe Managed Services to offer AEM sites with a high-performance AWS and CDN architecture.• Enterprise Holdings, Inc.: Functioned as architect and team leader to execute AEM for a multi-national, responsive website overhaul. Directed the transfer of Google Docs data to construct nodes and content for the Location and Vehicle landing pages.• Country Financial: Worked with Country Financial's development team to give advice on AEM/CQ principles in order to swiftly ramp up the team and make them productive.• Madison Square Garden: Operated as lead developer for Radio City Christmas website redesign, using Adobe CQ. Managed integration work to use RESTful services provided by Ticketmaster to display and set special pricing on seasonal shows.
