Support all back-shop and front-office functions, which includes:-- Assisting in running print projects-- Assist with billing once projects are complete-- Delivery of projects-- Inside and outside sales-- Assist customers with product/service information

For Arbitration: Write arguments for both Applicant and Respondent arbitration; monitor weekly reports for new arbitration filings; schedule answers to Respondent arbitrations so they may be submitted in a timely fashion; review pending Applicant arbitration listing so that arbitrations may be submitted prior to the statute of limitations tolling; coordinate with liability adjusters to obtains recorded statements, police reports, etc; reserach accident scenes utilizing on-line tools as well as local investigators. For Subrogation: locate at-fault, uninsured motorists to recover damages paid out to our insureds; set up payment plans for these at-fault drivers if they can not pay balances in-full; submit at-fault uninsured driver information to their respective states for license suspension in the event they refuse to cooperate; monitor payment activity of payors; negotiate with carriers for reimbursement of damages their insureds cause.

Took applications from prospective borrowers for home loans; discussed available loan products with borrowers and helped them choose the best option; assisted borrowers in gathering necessary documentation; submitted documentation to lenders; answered borrowers loan-related questions; scheduled loan closings w/title companies and borrowers. Also, when credit problems prohibited borrowers from obtaining the loan/interest rate they wanted, I assisted them in "cleaning up" their credit via letters to creditors and to credit bureaus.
