• Currently completing a full WhatsApp self-help facility for customers of four key areas in the business.o This included writing the API specification for WhatsApp which was built on Azure.o This included identifying and testing the right platform for bot development and agent interactions aswell as ensuring that we complied with our stringent Information Security, Risk and Governancepolicies.o This also included the setting up of live agent handovers from these bots and the monitoring of idlechats via a third-party API.o This includes the reporting of session analytics to relevant stakeholders.• Built a responsive Business Reporting case management application for the Business Intelligence team.• Built an automated mailbox process for Insurance customers requesting their Passenger Liability Discsresulting in Policy Schedules being returned to customers within 1 minute.• Built an automated mailbox process for ongoing Insurance broker due diligence submissions includingautomated bulk emailing of requests for submissions and handling the responses.• Built an app for the dealer sales team to streamline quotations based on Customer Type, Risk Gradeand Deposit amount.• Built an automation for the HR Payroll department which sent out annual change of remunerationletters to all staff. This process included:o Merge each record into a Word template.o Convert the template to a PDF.o Save each file in a folder.o Upload the PDF to the employee’s PaySpace profile.o Email the employee.• Additionally, built an automation for the HR Payroll department which uploaded letters of communication for specific staff to their PaySpace profiles.• Currently working on a Vehicle Stock Management app for the security team and logistics.• Currently working on an automation project to refresh numerous queries in Excel files on a daily basis.• Provided guidance and assistance to an intern for the company’s new intranet being built onSharePoint.
