I joined 3Search to set up a new practice recruiting in the Strategy, Transformation and Change market. Over the course of c5 years we grew the team and business, working with a range of consulting clients.

I was aligned to the Programme Leadership and Change capability team, and gained experience in roles in Financial Services, Utilities, and the Public Sector, as well as at one of the world's leading airports. Projects I worked on include:Leading Retail Bank: Project/Programme Manager•Managed first phase of delivery of this regulatory change Programme for a leading UK Retail bank.•Coordinated 17 different workstreams to prepare the bank for new FCA Regulation.•Directly managed two Capgemini Consulting BAs, taking on team leadership responsibilities.International Hub Airport: Project Manager •Project Managed the end-to-end lifecycle of a number of workstreams on this project, delivering the new Airport Operations Centre.•Managed the commercials, risks, and delivery from multiple suppliers.•Responsible for working with the Client and Project teams to execute classic PMO functions.Government Department: Project Manager•Managed the delivery of multiple workstreams, delivered in excess of £70m of cost savings to the Department in this Process Transformation Programme. •Managed multiple suppliers, working in collaboration with other consulting firms and the client team, delivering on time and within budget.On top of my project work I was also involved in both the Government and Financial Services internal teams, developing and shaping some the company's propositions, organising internal events, and publishing blogs on the Capgemini Consulting website.Within my Capability Team I helped develop our PMO capabilities, investigating new Digital PMO tools. I also developed and delivered internal training on PMO. On top of this I also helped on a number of bids, working as part of the bid team on research and production of bid documents.I was also responsible for managing the graduate recruitment strategy, organising campus recruitment events at UK Universities and leading the team developing our online recruitment profile.

Graduate role on the Capgemini Consulting graduate programme, also known as the CDC. I worked in the Business Model Transformation Team, aligned to the Programme Leadership and Change capability team, and gained experience in Project Management roles in both the Utilities and Public Sectors. I was promoted from the graduate scheme after 18 months (normally a 2 year scheme), having demonstrated my capability at the 'Consultant' level.

Michael Page Marketing is the UK's leading marketing recruitment business operating from a network of 10 UK wide offices. I specialised in the recruitment of Marketing and Business Development Professionals in the Professional Services space, and successfully placed a number of candidates into leading Professional Services firms. My remit covered Marketing, Communications, Bids and Pitches and Business Development focused individuals working across the Property, Accountancy, Legal and Consultancy sectors. I built strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and helped develop Michael Page's presence in this market.

This was a 6 month internship during my year abroad from university. My role was to create and manage an effective method of tracking the flow of documents during the construction of a high profile new European HQ for a leading global tech company.

Maternity cover role at this Spanish Advertising Agency, my role consisted of buying and selling online advertising space from websites and networks across the globe.
