I am a Co-Director of Crisis Care for a faith-based organization. Training in trauma informed crisis debriefing has allowed me to greatly reduce the impact of traumatic events within the United States as well as internationally. I believe that a timely response to trauma can greatly reduce the impact on the individual and their family for the long term.I began my work in security as the Security Point of Contact in Burkina Faso, West Africa where I was responsible for analyzing threats and mitigating risks for the same organization. I had oversight of Mali, Ivory Coast, and Burkina Faso as well as other nations within our region.Combined these roles have allowed me to be involved in proactive, reactive, and post-event engagement with the personnel we have all around the globe.
