I provide technical, managerial, and executive support to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division and more broadly to the DoD signature measurements community. My focus is aircraft vulnerability and survivability, radar, electronic warfare, systems engineering and development. I support the Central Test and Evaluation Program (CTEIP) and the Test & Evaluation Science & Technology (T&E/S&T) Program managed by the Test Resource Management Center (TRMC).For the signature measurements community, I administer a national certification program for the RCS measurements community, ensuring high quality data products support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of survivable platforms.In July 2021, I relinquished my corporate responsibilities at RMC to enable me to continue my three decades of support to the Atlantic Test Range and to the broader signature measurements community by transitioning to Reliance Test & Technology, a joint venture between InDyne and and Amentum.For more than ten years, I provided strategic support as a corporate executive to Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC). I was proud to contribute, and saddened to leave, but know that RMC will continue to thrive under a talented, diverse, and motivated leadership team. I know they will continue to expand their customer base and their talented workforce with an outstanding focus on training their people, and providing high-quality support to their DoD and DHS customers.In addition to RMC, I provided more than 20 years' service to two other small businesses as a corporate officer fundamentally involved in their growth and success.
