I have extensive experience as a construction professional with technical depth in road and bridge construction and utility relocations, including high voltage electric lines. My past duties include design and construction support for various roadways, bridges, water and sewer projects. I have also negotiated contracts, change orders and monitored activities of the construction management field staff. My knowledge of traffic control has proved to be a valuable asset to the projects where I have been involved with whether in a city or rural environment. I have worked in progressively responsible positions, beginning as an engineering technician and advancing to project manager. My hands-on management style enables me to stay on top of the functions of my staff and to quickly recognize emerging issues, whether they are related to a single project or several projects.
