As a Business Development Manager I proactively managed key accounts with a strong emphasis on specification sales to architects, developers and high-end self-build clients. I also acted as a key negotiator with suppliers and manufacturers.

Tasked with conceptualising and implementing a £150k, 120m2 renewable energy showroom at flagship branch and appointing new sales team. Re-vitalised and re-launched the Heating & Plumbing section and managed handover to incoming sales manager.
