Provide support and energy efficiency incentives to both Agribusiness and C&I (Commercial and Industrial) customers across upstate New York. Engage and recruit new vendors who can support our efficiency efforts and help them utilize National Grid's many programs. Also serve as liaison to NYSERDA and EnSave through our agricultural collaboration efforts encouraging farmers to take part in NYSERDA's Agricultural Energy Efficiency Audits and providing follow-up support on the audit recommendations. Through participation in our programs, we increase the profitability of both our customers and vendors. Retired from this position in December 2021 although currently assisting part-time in a training/mentoring role.

I managed a field staff of over 20 Technical Field Representatives, providing all field support for both upstate and downstate programs. My team provided technical support, training, guidance and quality assurance services to NYSERDA, National Grid, NYSEG/RG&E, National Fuel Gas and other IOU utility programs.
