- Oversee and coordinate the implementation of the Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) and Adult Safety Net (ASN) programs as well as the Texas Immunization Registry (ImmTrac2) within the City of Houston and Harris County.- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, manage staff and resources, and maintain accurate program data.- Work with vaccine providers to increase vaccination rates among eligible children and adults to provide a coordinated and comprehensive safety net.- Communicate with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) and the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure all the program requirements are met.- Develop and implement policies and procedures.- Ensure data integrity and security within the Texas Immunization Registry, and provide training and support to ImmTrac2 users.- Work closely with healthcare providers and other partners to promote the use of the registry and increase vaccination rates.- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations related to the collection, use, and sharing of immunization data. - Track and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of the program and make recommendations for improvement.
