In addition, I have managed large-scale leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, maternity/paternity leave, and state-specific leave plans. By streamlining workflows and focusing on compliance, I’ve been able to enhance safety in the workplace leading to a reeducation in workers’ compensation exposure, reduced leave management inquires, and improve the employee experience.I am deeply committed to advancing disability inclusion in the workplace and have worked closely with DEI teams to ensure equitable access to accommodations.
