ManageD the daily operations for the Conroe, TX facility. Responsibilities include driver productivity evaluation, staff development, budget tracking, implementation and monitoring of driver safety programs and customer engagement.

Self-employed Landscape Architect. Provide Master Planning and Conceptual Design for projects in Russia and the US for The Flynn Design Group. Project types include golf course communities, industrial park redevelopment, mixed-use commercial and residential developments

Oversee daily operations of the Grounds, Solid Waste/Recycling, Auto/Fleet, Labor/Events and Lock Shop departments and campus Pest Control contract. Responsible for developing departmental 5 year business plans, yearly budgets, staff goals and evaluations and supporting campus-wide sustainability initiatives. As the Campus Landscape Architect, developed campus landscape standards and managed all campus landscape projects.

Responsible for all campus Landscape Planning and exterior improvements. As the head of the Grounds Department, responsible for the daily operations of a 25 man crew, annual work plans, PM schedules and oversight of campus pest control.

Responsible for the project management of a 2,100 acre residential/ commercial development located in Richmond, TX. Oversaw and coordinated multiple design teams, project scheduling, budgeting, cost estimates, construction documents and construction administration.

Responsible for landscape design and cultivation of new clients. Also coordinated with in-house civil engineering and architecture groups on landscape portions of their projects.

Responsible for the design, construction documentation and construction administration for new and existing golf courses primarily in the Naples, FL area. Secondary responsibility was for the maintenance and expansion of the compnay's IT needs for both software and hardware.

Staff Landscape Architect. Primary responsibilities were landscape designs and master planning for commercial, educational and public clients.
