From discussing the latest business models to debating about the disadvantages of a democracy, I love logically analyzing information, discussing ideas and executing them wherever possible.With: - Industry experience in energy, manufacturing and IT sector, - Professional experience in financial controlling (managerial accounting), project management, strategy & operations, and - Academics in engineering and business (general management, marketing, operations and IT), I see myself as a suitable candidate for roles requiring entrepreneurial attitude, multi-dimensional thinking and strategic planning combined with execution.Professionally, I would base my work approach on three important pillars:1. Knowledge is always beneficial: I studied industrial engineering, worked as a mechanical engineer, then studied MBA (general management & marketing focus) , and later completed my second masters with a focus on information system and operations. With eagerness to learn new things and a not-giving-up attitude, I believe any task can be achieved with appropriate time and resources.2. Challenge helps me grow: I avoid saying no to things. I would choose to try and fail rather than reject a good opportunity just because it is unknown or difficult. I recently started my YouTube channel (@RohitThe14th) as a new hobby for the same reason. I wanted to try doing it rather than just cribbing about time, effort or other excuses.3. Being global and adaptable is necessary: International teams are common. Ability to understand people from all cultures, colors, gender and religion is critical. That is why, I decided to move from India to Germany and would be willing to move to any other part of the world if needed.
