A Professional Pharmacist with an MS in Pharmacy and an MA in Business, my strengths and experience lie in Operations Management. As example, I have orchestrated a dramatic turn-around in productivity in an established Fortune 50 production Mail Order facility. The use of Process Improvement methodologies and forward thinking strategies had allowed me to tweak their present state to influence the future state to be leaner, more adaptable, relevant and essentially better. I am a certified Six Sigma Green belt with LEAN implementation experience and strengths in workflow and process efficiencies. I have created process change and evolution, yet it is the employees who are at the root of every business success. People are the spark to the flames of ingenuity, the backs of production, the keys to implementation and innovation and the blood of operations.
