I am a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong background in program coordination, education, and the pharmaceutical services. Currently, I hold the position of Program Coordinator at Ratna Kumar Bantawa Polytechnic Institute, where I have been successfully coordinating the institute's training programs. I actively participate in the formulation of goals and policies, ensuring that our programs align with the institute's objectives. I am responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the program activities while also contributing to the development of the institute's annual plan and budget.Before my current role, I served as a Pharmacy Instructor at Ratna Kumar Bantawa Polytechnic Institute. During this time, I had the opportunity to share my knowledge and expertise with aspiring pharmacy professionals, helping them build a strong foundation in the field. Prior to that, I worked as a Hospital Pharmacist at Morang Cooperative Hospital for three years, where I provided quality pharmaceutical services to patients.I completed my Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Tribhuwan University/Institute of Medicine. As a registered pharmacist with the Nepal Pharmacy Council, I am committed to maintaining the highest professional standards. I have also acquired additional certifications, including Careers Advice and Guidance Training from Dakshyata Nepal, and licenses in quality management systems, environmental management systems, food safety management systems, good manufacturing practices, and good laboratory practices.My skill set includes budgeting, planning, education, administration, and training.
