From uncertain career paths to discovering my passion in HR, I've come a long way. I initially considered diverse roles, from vet to PE teacher to counsellor, until I found my calling in Human Resources.Realising the significance of our time spent at work and the lack of enjoyment for many, I dove into HR driven by my passion for people. I aim to make a meaningful impact, and what better place than at the core of a business? Since then, I've never looked back!My journey in HR has been rich with experiences. I've honed my expertise in employee relations and absence management, earning recognition as a "most valuable player" for spearheading engagement initiatives during PRIDE month.
