Started the bushmaster firearms line up in ilion NY.Worked my way into the custom shop where custom AR-15/M16/M4 and other various black rifle/pistol requests.Also started up the Bushmaster ACR (Adaptive Combat Rifle) line and was a core leader/trainer for the assembly of the firearm. Responsible for the customization and troubleshooting of firearms for BFI while keeping a high degree of quality for the custom gun builds, .50 BMG and competition guns.

Set up, design and conduct all testing for destructive tests, function tests, field cycle testing, strain gauge applications, bolt and barrel pressures, rifle/ammunition qualifications and other various measurements. Formulate data and results into extensive analytical reports.

Maintain and monitor both exterior and interior security areas. Organize and detail control of safety and checks through guard patrols. Organize interior audits of safety security functions.

Detect and deter theft and minimize shrink. Responsible for internal audits, investigate cash shortages and internal theft. Recognized as placing 1st in New York State in 2009 for total apprehension count and total apprehension dollar amount. Ranked 2nd in New York State in 2010 for highest total dollar amount. Saved over $50,000 in theft amounts, $50,000 in deterrence amount, and 7 Grand Larceny counts.
