As a Coordinator at Prakriti - The Eco Club of IIM Raipur, I am passionate about promoting environmental awareness and sustainability among the students and faculty. My team organizes events, campaigns, and workshops to educate and engage the campus community on various green initiatives and practices. We also collaborate with other clubs and external partners to create impactful and innovative projects that align with the club's mission and vision.I am currently pursuing a Post Graduate Program at Indian Institute of Management Raipur, where I am learning the fundamentals and advanced concepts of management, strategy, and leadership. I have a keen interest in the fields of marketing and finance, and I have completed multiple certifications in Excel, Digital Marketing, and Mutual Fund Distribution. I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree from The IIS University, where I graduated with honors in 2021.Before joining IIM Raipur, I worked as a Telecaller at Credit Consultants Pvt Ltd for more than a year, where I gained valuable experience in customer service, communication, and sales. I was responsible for contacting potential and existing clients, explaining the benefits and features of various credit products, and closing deals. I also handled queries, complaints, and feedbacks, and ensured customer satisfaction and retention.I have developed a strong set of skills and competencies that enable me to perform well in my current and future roles.
