As a Customer Service Representative who specialized in order entry, it was my responsibility to provide outstanding customer service with customers and clients through email and phone. As an entry order specialist, I processed orders efficiently and ensured top-notch accuracy and completion for all orders and customers. I effectively took over account managing all our "library resellers" and took over all duties related library customers.
