Began scoping & initiating IPS project as the project and change manager.Engineering Support Centre of Expertise (EngSp CoE). Embedding Engineering Support across the Defence Support Enterprise in a pan-defence complex change programme. Deliverables:- Consulting the Engineering Support Team (EST) & Defence Support function in their application of Strategic Asset Management (SAM) and help embed lessons learnt in policy and assurance.- Identifying and mapping Engineering Support (including ILS) risk across the Defence Support Function and contribute to the Assurance Reports.- Lead in the application of ILS and assurance to Strategic Sea Lift Interim Solution.- Assist and embed the Support Advantage Design Principles across defence.

Defence Support Operating Model (DSOM) - Support Solutions Envelope (SSE) Betterment Project & Change LeadDeliverables:- MoD lead on a work-stream of a strategic change programme of the Support Solution Envelope 21 (SSE-21)- Principal designer of the Support Solutions Development Tool mark 2 (SSDT2).

Support Solutions Consultant delivering complex pan-defence change.Deliverables:- Capability Diagnostics with the Air Domain highlighting areas to improve availability - Down selection of contracting options and review of Support Strategy for a major UAV platform.

Joined a long-gapped post within a fast-paced delivery team, part of ISTAR operating centre, I committed to the Integrated Logistics Support application to a portfolio of projects valued over £1.1bn. Deliverables:• Developed a strategic support solution for a defense system for land vehicles and dismounted personnel.• Used the Support Options Matrix (SOM) to determine the type of support solution contract enabling theproduction of a robust Statement of Requirement (SOR).• Managed an Urgent Capability Requirement (UCR), challenged poor support behaviors / culture typical withUCRs.• Responsible for the ILS application to 60+ types of in-service equipment; where historically, ILS was notconsidered. Managed TAF’s with OEM’s to improve capability supportability.

Main distribution depot shift manager responsible for the operational management of a fleet of 50 vehicles, 80+ employees, 3 supervisors as direct reports, shipping Just-In-Time (JIT), of circa 6,700 unique commodities, from 100+ UK suppliers, to the 3 geographically dispersed UK manufacturing plants.Conducted investigations of all safety incidents, identified mitigating circumstances and root causes, using elements of six sigma, which resulted with counter-measures to prevent future re-occurrences.
