• Joined a long-gapped post within a fast-paced delivery team, part of ISTAR operating centre, I committed to the Integrated Logistics Support application to a portfolio of projects valued over £1.1bn. Deliverables:
• Developed a strategic support solution for a defense system for land vehicles and dismounted personnel.
• Used the Support Options Matrix (SOM) to determine the type of support solution contract enabling theproduction of a robust Statement of Requirement (SOR).
• Managed an Urgent Capability Requirement (UCR), challenged poor support behaviors / culture typical withUCRs.
• Responsible for the ILS application to 60+ types of in-service equipment; where historically, ILS was notconsidered. Managed TAF’s with OEM’s to improve capability supportability.
